Public Comment Sought on Stocking 2 Petroleum County Reservoirs

LEWISTOWN, Mont. (NMB) – Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks is seeking public comment on a proposal to stock fish in two Petroleum County reservoirs.

According to a press release, the reservoirs, Woods Place and Stormwind, are on public lands and have not been stocked previously. The proposals are in two draft Environmental Assessments.

The draft EAs summarize the proposed action and analyze the potential risks associated. The draft EAs are open for public comment until February 3rd. Copies are available at the Lewistown Area Resource Office and on the FWP website.
